Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Specialist
John Frith, D.O. FAAAAI is a board-certified Pediatric and Adult Allergy, Asthma and Immunology physician. After completing his medical degree at Michigan State, he trained at Botsford Hospital (currently Beaumont Hospital, Farmington Hills) for internal medicine while having the honor to be selected as Chief Hospital Resident his final year. He completed his training in adult and pediatric allergy, asthma and immunology at Case Western Reserve-University Hospital Cleveland Medical Center publishing multiple articles in highly reputable allergy/immunology journals. His professional achievements have been recognized by the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology giving him Fellow status and currently is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Frith has been caring for patients in Metro Detroit for several years of his career. He has special interest in environmental allergies, food allergies, asthma, immune deficiencies, hives, contact dermatitis, eczema, and angioedema. In Dr. Frith's free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, visiting Northern Michigan, and staying active outdoors with golf, biking, soccer, swimming, and skiing. He is also active in their church and local community.
Dr. Frith is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, American College of Allergy and Immunology, Michigan Allergy and Asthma Society, American Contact Dermatitis Association, American College of Osteopathic Internist and American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Frith is currently on staff and affiliated with Beaumont Hospital, Farmington Hills.
